The Site Supply Chain Director will work as a member of the Site Leadership Team. Their primary focus will be to provide strategic direction and operational discipline to the site Supply Chain Organization.In addition they will lead the implementation of SMS, SCCore and MRP II Class A supply chain processes, policies, tools and KPIs to drive site-wide supply chain improvements.This includes the Site Supply Review, Capacity & Operations Planning (C&OP), Inventory Management and site Supply Risk Management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work directly with the Site General Manager and actively participate on the Site Leadership team to ensure site deliverables are met
Owner of end to end site Supply Chain operations, improvements and overall performance
Own execution of site annual planning cycle (Budgeting & Strat Plan) and monthly planning cycle (Capacity & Operations Planning and Site Supply Review)
Oversee functional teams responsible for supply planning, capacity planning, material planning, inventory management and warehousing
Ensure site Supply Chain organization roles & responsibilities are aligned with corporate standards.
Lead, manage and oversee development of Supply Chain personnel
Oversee initiatives related to Supply Chain planning system changes and upgrades
Supply chain quality system leader and process owner with focus on ensuring alignment with cGMP and corporate quality standards
Accountable for Functional Area Review and site Raw Material MRB processes
Interface with Supply Chain leaders at other Sanofi manufacturing locations to drive efficiency across the End-to-End supply network.
Work with Corporate Process Owners to ensure the site’s Supply Chain policies and processes are consistent with corporate policies and processes.
Use strong communication and presentation skills to ensure the site Supply Chain vision is clearly understood by all site personnel

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree
12+ plus years of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Materials experience
Advanced Degree and/or 10+ years of Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Materials experience in the US and International arenas, in positions of increasing responsibility at a management level.
3+ years of Supply Chain Organization leadership experience
3+ years of ERP and Supply Chain systems experience
Preferred Qualifications
Successful MRP II Class A program leadership experience in a Pharma or Biologics company
APICS certification
Special Working Conditions
10% Global / Domestic travel annually
