Our Team

We are Sanofi’s CHC Ethics and Business Integrity (EBI) team. We are a team of strategic business stakeholders who establish the CHC Fit-for-Purpose EBI Program to address CHC business needs and ethics, compliance and privacy risks and who drive cultural transformation enabling fast ethical decision-making and accountability.

Our mission is to enable Sanofi Consumer Healthcare to respond to consumers and society’s expectations for an ethical and compliant business conduct and be recognized as a strongly ethical business.

The Global EBI Insights & Tools Lead is responsible for the implementation of data analytics and predictive monitoring, generation of meaningful insights and the digitalization and automation of E&BI processes.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and implement predictive monitoring methodology and capabilities

  • Drive implementation and continuous enhancement of EBI data analytics infrastructure in close collaboration with Digital

  • Develop reporting capabilities and dashboards of EBI KPIs including monitoring outcomes, trends and actions at global, regional and geographical zone/country level and other KPIs for measurement of the effectiveness of the EBI Program including ethical culture measurement

  • Drive generation and reporting of meaningful insights with regards to risks, trends, patterns, outliers, root causes and action plans

  • Support Global Brand/Regional/Zone EBI Officers to identify and analyze red flags, trends, outliers

  • Oversee execution of enhancement/remedial action plans

  • Support reporting requirements such as for non-financial reporting on EBI related areas

  • Ensure market intelligence on digital initiatives and new landscapes that might be relevant for EBI

  • Review existing and future EBI processes to assess and execute their digitalization and automation

  • Drive implementation of EBI owned or related tools in collaboration with Digital and other control functions

  • Work closely with control functions to facilitate effective coordination of matters across three lines of defence aiming at continuous enhancement of the EBI program.

  • With over 5 years of expertise in compliance monitoring, you excel in navigating intricate regulatory landscapes, ensuring unwavering ethical business conduct through adept monitoring strategies.

  • Your hands-on proficiency in implementing and leveraging data analytics demonstrates a keen understanding of the transformative power of data-driven insights. Your commitment to enhancing compliance measures showcases your forward-thinking approach.

  • You possess a successful track record in crafting dashboards that offer a comprehensive snapshot of Ethics & Business Integrity KPIs. Your knack for translating intricate data into visually accessible formats is pivotal for fostering informed decision-making.

  • Bringing valuable experience in implementing systems and tools, you drive efficiency in compliance processes seamlessly integrating technology—a perfect fit for our vision of a digitally advanced EBI program.

  • As a proven project management virtuoso, you oversee initiatives from start to finish, ensuring the seamless execution of enhancements and remedial action plans within the EBI program.

  • Your adaptability and global perspective shine through your experience in multinational and multicultural environments, aligning seamlessly with our global business focus and commitment to understanding diverse ethical needs.

  • Your background in Consumer healthcare or Consumer Goods industries positions you as an industry-savvy professional. Your insights are crucial to ensuring the ongoing relevance and effectiveness of our EBI program.

Technical skills:

  • Knowledge of PowerBI or other data visualization tools

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word

  • Healthcare compliance certifications is a plus

Languages:

  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills in English

  • Professional proficiency in other languages is a plus
