We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Project Manager - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 1/10/2022

Within Europe Specialty Care (SPC) Region Europe, you will be part of the SPC Operations team and contribute, most importantly, to the Go-to-Market (GTM) Model transformation of the region, engaging with cross-function stakeholders in cross-regional teams.

Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market (GTM) Transformation & Project Management:

  • Coordinate deliverables of European Agile teams & support internal communication and collaboration among squads
  • Support & Coordinate team meetings
  • Structure and development of guidance to identify and share best practice

Internal & External Communication Support:

  • Work collaboratively with the regional team and coordinate with external agencies, to Implement an Internal communication plan for Specialty Care Europe Leadership, including video interview creation, podcasts, etc.
  • Support organization of European Leadership events

Manage and support ad-hoc digital projects and initiatives:

  • Develop mid to long term strategic recommendations regarding social media engagement of leadership
  • Provide ad-hoc project support

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in Marketing, Communication departments or Digital roles, within pharma as a plus
  • Great verbal and written communication skills in English is essential
  • Digital Marketing or Omnichannel experience
  • Great mastering of MS Office applications (Excel, PPT essential)
  • Strong interest in digital transformation and process optimization
  • Agile learning and working practices knowledge preferred
  • Presentation skills and storytelling
  • Broad experience of multiple digital channels and tools, web marketing and social media (ex. Twitter, Linkedin)
  • Understanding of the digital landscape in the pharma industry
  • Excellent project management skills and good analytical skills
  • Demonstrates ease of teamwork and interaction with multiple stakeholders
  • Creativity, dynamism and focus on details
  • Fast learning and proactive working attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
  • Able to work independently
