About the opportunity

As CSE New Launches Franchise Lead, you will be responsible for the preparation, development and implementation of the newly introduced portfolio CSE and meet business objectives in the short and long terms. This mission will be supervised by MCO Franchise Head (time allocation of 70%).

As GR&CY Distributor Lead, you will be responsible for defining and implementation of strategy & business planning, budgeting and operational planning processes, Public affairs & Market Access direction, distribution, management of cooperation with local partner and compliance. This mission will be supervised by MCO GBU Head (with time allocation of 30%).

About growing with us – in this role you will

As CSE New Launches Franchise Lead:

  • Assist in the development of a comprehensive, cross functional new products launch plans
  • Manage the timings and expenses and ensure the execution of the marketing tactics identified in the launch plans
  • Be marketing key point of contact for the global and CSE for new products Make sure the needs of CSE countries are taken into account in the EU strategy & plan and build business cases to defend them.
  • Be the voice of CSE customers at EU level, understand customers’ insights, be able to analyze and synthesize them
  • Actively engage in the Sanofi Pasteur Marketing Excellence program and MCE program
  • Participate in networks within GBT, European teams, countries and external stakeholders
  • Build strong relationship with global and country marketers
  • Make effective use of resources available in Sanofi Pasteur and through other sources
  • Manage time and projects to acceptable and improving levels of quality and quantity

As GR&CY Distributor Lead:

  • Define and implement the strategic business plans for GR & CY, in good alignment with the Europe region strategy, taking into account competitive environment and local Public Health needs
  • Lead the Strategic Planning exercise for GR & CY, ensuring all relevant functions are involved both internally and externally (marketing, sales, finance, medical, regulatory and supply).
  • Manage GR & CY vaccines portfolio (vaccines registrations / launches, product withdrawal; establish local operational plans through effective resource-allocation, maximizing product life cycles and secure quick execution through appropriate control
  • Establish budget and plans for Greece & Cyprus; propose necessary investments to deliver sales & profitability objectives
  • Recommend pricing & commercial policy, and have it endorsed by HQ
  • Define local distributor’s marketing and commercial priorities, and coordinate associated actions plan for segmenting / targeting, brand differentiation, communication, KPIs monitoring
  • Give orientation to shape the country vaccination schedule, and vaccines environment, in line with Public Health needs and company product offer
  • Map the relevant stakeholders (KDMs, KOLs), and design Public Affairs / Market Access plans to achieve SP objectives (ex: new vaccine inclusion in NIP)
  • Develop and implement optimal distribution strategy, by selecting adequate distributor(s) with endorsement; give strategic visibility and clear priorities to Distributor teams and contribute to their motivation
  • Represent vaccines GBU in GR & CY country council

About you: qualifications, education and work experience

  • University degree (medical / natural sciences / MBA / finance)
  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience gained in pharmaceutical industry RX area (experience in vaccines business will be an advantage)
  • Fluent verbal and written English language knowledge
  • This position requires travelling typically 20 - 25% of time
