Purpose of this role:
Reporting to TMS (Thailand, Malaysia & Singapore) Diabetes Marketing Lead, Marketing Campaign Manager plays a crucial role in enabling digital and omnichannel campaign orchestration to our customers. He / She will be required to have deep understanding of brand and customer strategy from the marketing team, and develop familiarity with local market & regulatory requirements around content & virtual events. This role is responsible for the end to end process of digital campaign execution, as well as performing content/virtual events performance analysis to recommend improvement plan to the marketing team across TMS. He/She acts as a content advisor to product managers & customer experience business managers, provide guidance on content design, formatting, personalization & repurpose potential. Part of the job will consist also to coordinate with local and global support teams for solutions in case of issues, coordinate digital marketing campaigns, enabling campaign synergy within TMS as well as document processes and principles to develop and sustain our internal know-how.
Key responsibilities and Tasks
•Consolidate content plans and forecasting
•Select / customize / recommend global content for local adaptation
•Manage content adaptation request & complexity and act as liaison with Global Content Localization Hub (CLH)
•Coordinate with Product Manager & Customer Experience Manager for activity planning per customer journey
•Draft Local content development agency brief
•End to end process liaison with agency (incl quotation & PO, artwork management, 4M approval process)
•Advise marketing team on content design, formatting, copywriting, personalization and omnichannel repurpose potential
•Campaign performance analysis & improvement plan recommendations
•Identify & recommend TMS campaign synergy to increase reuse
•Virtual events support to the marketing team (pre- & post-event processes)
·Degree in marketing or a related field
·Working experience in pharma marketing or sales, digital marketing in a startup environment is an advantage
·Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
·Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
·Knowledge of website and/or mobile analytics tools
·Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
·Self-motivated and eager to learn about technological developments
·Fluency in English will be essential for this position
·Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments is a plus
·Experience in digital campaigns, website development and similar is a plus.
