POSITION OVERVIEW

At CHC, we are transforming our digital capabilities around data and analytics to deliver powerful insights and exceptional user experience for the commercial teams, empowering them to better serve our customers and consumers. To do that, we are looking for a driven Commercial Data & BI Product Owner, who will play a key role in defining and executing ambitious data strategy and overall digital transformation of CHC. In this crucial role, you will lead end to end delivery of a breakthrough analytical product, deployed to 30 countries, from data pipelines and integration to data visualization, UX, adoption and evolution. You are a self-starter, see challenges as opportunities, and are results oriented. You take pride knowing your work has a massive business impact, helping CHC accelerate its transition towards data driven and AI-first business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns the Why, What and When of the product: responsible for the product vision and roadmap in alignment with broader organization goals
  • Develops a deep understanding of current and future needs of the users, translates them into competitive product features, gathers and reviews requirements for continuous product evolution
  • Leads the agile product team and external vendor(s) to deliver the product: define user stories and agile iterations, build and prioritize the backlog, manage the dependencies with other teams and product owners
  • Measures generated value and incorporates user feedbacks to ensure continuous value delivery
  • Leads development of UI/UX via wireframes and mock-ups for stakeholder validation and execution by the team
  • Drives consistent communication and provides regular updates to leadership and stakeholders, making communication easy and clear regarding risks and decisions to be made
  • Coordinates Change Management and drives adoption in the countries of the Deployment Roadmap
  • Owns the core data model of the Commercial Data, assessing addition of data, KPIs or features, that can bring incremental value to the product

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor / Master degree
  • Fluent in English

Required Knowledge & Experience:

  • 5+ years experience in analytics / business intelligence, preferred - as a business analyst: analyzing sales, market / financial data to understand performance drivers, market position, identify growth opportunities and actions to be taken
  • Preferred – Commercial/sales experience: field, and headquarters (sales manager / KAM)
  • Background in FMCG (preferably) or Consumer Healthcare
  • Experience building and running data, analytics, and BI solutions  
  • Product or project/program management experience
  • Understanding of databases and data structures, experience running data analyses inc. advanced is a plus
  • Exposure to data management tools

Skills & Competencies :

  • Passionate about digital & technologies
  • Detail oriented and data driven
  • Ability to structure and present complex concepts in PowerPoint
  • Exposure to working in Lean & Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Exposure to conducting UX work from user research to UX strategy, design, and testing
  • Familiarity with SQL, Informatica, cloud-based data technologies (Snowflake, AWS) and data visualization tools (Power BI)
