    Consumer Healthcare is becoming a standalone division within Sanofi in order to become a faster moving, consumer and customer centric business as part of project CHLOE (Consumer HealthCare Lead Optimize Empower). This business and IT transformation will entail a standalone ERP, Financial, Systems, Regulatory and People.

    Global Digital Team. The team is charged with accelerating the shift to precision marketing and to e-commerce sales, scaling best-in-class data driven decision making tools, capturing new opportunities in the digital health space and uphauling disjointed commercial systems. This team leverages both dedicated expertise internally at Sanofi, and delivery and deployment partners. It builds products, runs service / outsourcing contracts, and develops centers of excellence in technology and digital.

    IShift. IShift is the new generation of SAP S4/ HANA, with one common framework across Sanofi BUs and geographies replacing JDEdwards in the US, OEP and unity in all other geographies.

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    • The CHC Visualization Expert reports to the Head of Data Architecture, Modeling & BI in the CHC business unit in Sanofi
    • A cornerstone of CHC transformation in the coming years, the Data Visualization & Architect defines the strategy and operationalization of Dashboards and Reports to provide insights & trends for the CHC business unit’s growth
    • This position is about presenting large amounts of information in ways that are universally understandable or easy to interpret and spot patterns, trends, and correlations. These representations include charts, graphs, infographics, and other pictorial diagrams
    • The Data Visualization Lead will closely work with business partners, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver enterprise-grade, best-in-class data analytics, and visualization solutions. This role will provide a solution delivery experience with a focus on the optimization of Power BI environments for usability, performance, flexibility, testability, standardization, and automation
    • The Data Visualization Lead will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and leadership for complex projects and issues, offering insights and recommendations on best practices, including performance improvements
    • You will work with a diverse team of business analysts, data scientists, technical engineers, data architects, and project managers to deliver outcomes aligned with our business partner’s strategy

    KEY RESPONSABILITIES

    The Data Visualization Lead Architect will be responsible to

    • Provide support, maintenance, and enhancements to self-service analytics platforms ensuring stability, quality, and performance. Resolved all incidents and requests for changes in a timely fashion
    • Identify and implement collaborative and industrialized dashboards and reports to CHC Business
    • Develop and deliver high-quality data visualization, reporting, and analytical solutions adhering to best practice, privacy, and governance principles
    • Supports ETL, data, business intelligence, advanced analytics architectures
    • Provides data architecture support and expertise to all major enterprise projects
    • Provide full lifecycle Power BI administration including the ability to work with data owners, data architects, and report developers to support their needs
    • Develop complex analytical solutions, while maintaining the output performance
    • Lead Application Managed Services team (a factory model) to provide daily production system and user support ensuring the delivery of resolutions within Service Level Agreements
    • Lead data literacy initiative by engaging with vendors & contractors to set up training schedules, facilitating sessions, and promoting self-service analytical tools adoptions across the company
    • Perform administrative functions to ensure proper global settings configuration and provision of organizational resources in all aspects of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Cloud Service
    • Install, configure, and maintain Power BI Gateways, and manage access provisioning to users
    • Ensure that data is managed in compliance with applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.), and cybersecurity requirements 

    PROFILE

    Qualifications

    • 10 years or more experience in Reporting and Analytics space, 5+ years’ experience in Power BI and/or Tableau
    • Experience working in FMCG 
    • Experience in prepping, cleansing, modeling, analyzing, and visualizing data utilizing self-service and report development software, much of which has been focused on working with cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide data management programs
    • Strong experience in administration and management of Power BI platform including the configuration of governance policies, usage monitoring, and provisioning of licenses, capacities, and organizational resources
    • Agile ways of working and large projects phased delivery 
    • Data & Business intelligence domain and software experience is a plus
    • Experience of Interfacing heterogeneous systems and data sources 
    • Working knowledge of Snowflake, DataBricks, Python/R
    • Working knowledge of Informatica, Layer 7 and Apigee 
    • Working knowledge of procuring data from ERPs (SAP, JDE, etc.)

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Fluent in English
