The ITS Manufacturing/Shopfloor Analyst is the custodian of the right usage of Sanofi ITS standards for processes and solutions for the manufacturing and shopfloor domain.
The ITS Manufacturing/Shopfloor Analyst will work as an advisor and will ensure the good usage of the solutions in his scope. The person will:
Identify issues and irritant, define actions/remediation plan and prioritize them with the sites.
Provide advice & support to improve efficiency of cross-functional practices.
Monitor the progress and perform regular “health-check” to identify areas of improvement.
Work in close collaboration with sites and other ITS entity to ensure tickets are fixed in an acceptable time-frame.
Participate to projects within her/his domain(s) of expertise.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Academic background: Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, System Analysis, Engineering or other similar areas.
Experience & knowledge
Knowledge of manufacturing and shopfloor solutions.
Process improvement & Innovation mindset.
Experience in Life Science industries would be a plus.
Efficient communication & presentation skills.
Cooperate transversally: Business oriented, collaboration and information sharing.
English fluent (writing, speaking and effective communication internationally).
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
This job requires to collaborate in a global and matrix environment with international business and ITS teams.
This job requires periodic business trips to industrial plants.
Possibility to do teleworking.
