JOB PURPOSE:

1.         Navigate Commercial by developing marketing strategy, resource, budget, and performance management

2.         Explore and estabish diversified business model to drive sales growth and commercial excellence

3.         Lead Commercial budget planning, headcount deployment, and A&P expense management

4.         Drive business review and prepare the analysis report and showcase to global/CMC

5.         Corss-function projects and key initiatives management

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.         Navigate Commercial by developing marketing strategy, resource, budget, and performance management

1)         Develop marketing strategy and key messages with Marketing Department, in support of business challenges and requirements

2)         Design, implement, and track marketing programs in accordance with the pre-set KPIs

3)         Pro-actively collect, track, and analyze government policy changes, including central and provincial/city levels; and regularly update those changes internally to show opportunities and challenges

2.         Explore and estabish diversified business model to drive sales growth and commercial excellence

1)         Establish and maintain a strong competitive position through strategic and tactical identification of key marketing/business opportunities

2)         Work with Sales, Marketing, MA and other key functions to explore new business opportunities, channels and business models based on policy and market evolution, and lead the execution through out the whole organization

3)         Work closely with Sales and other functions to understand business/policy context and challenges, and provide solution by cross-functional communication and collaboration

3.         Lead Commercial budget planning, headcount deployment, and A&P expense management

4.         Drive business review and prepare the analysis report and showcase to global/CMC

5.         Corss-function projects and key initiatives management

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

College degree and above, MBA is preferred

Experience & knowledge:

  • 15 years plus working experience in MNC pharma companies. At least 3 years central marketing experience
  • At least 5 years sales or commercial management experience
  • Experience in key account management is preferred
  • Experience in cross functions working and budget management
  • Strong capabilities in makerting and planning.
