What you will be responsible for?

  • To provide medical and scientific expertise and leadership in the field of adult franchise focus on Flu. Franchise and be responsible for driving Medical Affairs activities within CHINA REGION for the adult franchise that will lead to the achievement of the highest growth potential of the brands and ensuring coordination and communication between Operating Companies, China and Global organizations in all medical matters.
  • 领导医学部流感品牌组领域,提供医学和科学专业知识,并负责在中国范围内开展成人流感品牌组 的医学事务活动,以实现品牌的最大增长潜力,确保运营公司、中国和总部之间在所有相关医学事 务中的协调与沟通。
  • To drive the development and presentation of a unified Medical China voice on the Vaccine Development Team (CDT) and within other China functions (e.g. Commercial, Regulatory Affairs (RA), Health Economics etc.)
  • 在疫苗开发团队(CDT)和其他中国职能部门内部(例如商业、注册事务(RA)、卫生经济学 等),推动建立和展示统一的中国医学团队影响力。
  • To develop the CHINA medical strategy for and oversee the development and implementation, by the country medical directors, of the  Medical Affairs Product (MAP) Plans, ensuring close co-operation with Marketing, Regulatory and alignment with Global medical strategy.
  • 制定中国医学策略,监督由中国医学负责人制定和推动的医学事务产品(MAP)计划,确保与市 场、注册部门密切合作,并符合全球医学策略。

Who are you?

Length and width of previous experience 既往经验的广度和深度

  • At least 5 years industry/business experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant area for this function (e.g. Medical Affairs or Clinical R&D, academic or hospitals)
  • 至少5年的行业/业务经验 ,至少3年相关领域该职能的经验(例如,医学事务或临床研 发,科研机构或医院)
  • Experience and advocacy within a vaccines field is a plus
  • 优先考虑疫苗领域经验及行业倡导者

Professional qualifications 专业资格

  • Board-certified physician with experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
  • 具有制药或合同研究组织行业经验的执业医师。
  • Academic background with a medical degree and higher medical qualification essential
  • 具有医学学位和更高医学资质的学术背景
  • Experienced in clinical medicine
  • 具有临床医学经验

Functional/technical competencies 职能/技术能力

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
  • 良好的中英文沟通能力
  • Good knowledge of study execution, benefit risk management and regulatory affairs
  • 熟悉临床研究执行、获益风险管理和注册事务
  • Excellent medical science knowledge of in general including main competitors
  • 充分掌握医学专业领域科学知识,包括主要竞争产品信息
  • Good knowledge of all compounds with in depth knowledge of at least one compound
  • 了解所有产品信息,深入了解至少一种产品
  • Highly innovative with the ability to drive a complex and changing environment and effectively manage and resolve issues within the TA/field

  • In-depth knowledge of study methodology, study design, data review and analysis
