KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

According to the company's overall strategic, formulate the commercial development strategy and medium-and long-term development plan, in order to support the sustainable development of the business.

1) Develop short-long term commercial strategy with solid understanding of commercial market and customer mindset changes

通过政策、数据、调研、行业趋势等多角度分析,及时洞察商务市场趋势变化与机会

2) Responsible for the long-term and short-term business development planning of Commercial, promoting its implementation, and delivering the strategic reports regularly.

负责商务部业务长短期发展规划并推动实施,定期输出战略研究报告

Enable deeper, evidence-based insights based on qualitative and quantitative assessment, help team find business opportunities.

Have the ability to use conventional analytical methods or digital methods to generate profound insight

Closely work with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum optimize resources

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Bachelor degree or above, MBA background preferred
  • 学士或以上学历,拥有工商管理硕士(MBA)学位背景者优先考虑

Experience & knowledge:

  • At least 8 years relative experience in pharmaceutical MNC company
  • 至少8年以上跨国公司(药品/OTC等)相关工作经历
  • 5 years above experience in strategy development of brand or relative market
  • 品牌管理或市场策略发展方面具有5年以上相关经验
  • Have experience in innovative business model development
  • 具有创新业务模式发展的相关经验
  • Experienced in project management as lead
  • 具有项目管理负责人的相关经验
  • Demonstrates capacity to understand customer approach, market dynamics, and business operations
  • 能够深入理解客户、了解市场动态和销售工作
