JOB PURPOSE:

  • Drive all pre-launch and launch preparations for those products recently obtained through acquisition, partnership, or those with a specific business need that requires focus/attention beyond traditional Marketing activities. 
    针对公司近期通过收购、合作关系获得的产品或具有专注超越传统营销活动的特定业务需求的产品,负责其所有预启动和启动相关工作。
  • Ensure a dedicated focus to these products where significant investments have been made and where partnership and integration activities are key to successful launch efforts. 
    确保工作重点转向某些投资较大以及合作关系和整合资源在成功的启动活动中起关键作用的产品。
  • Develop strategies that minimize time to market, time to peak sales and optimizing product performance.  And closely assist the Marketing and Sales in providing clear leadership and transversal collaboration across brand marketing, new products, and global vaccine executive leadership.  
    制定战略,尽量缩短上市时间,缩短实现销售高峰的时间,优化产品性能。密切协助市场营销和销售部门在品牌营销、新产品和全球疫苗执行领导层之间起到明确的领导和横向协作作用。
  • Lead global & local cross-functional launch team to realize product registration to product launch, ensure the product launch fulfill company strategy

    领导总部和中国的跨部门新品上市团队完成从产品注册临床策略,市场准入和上市的全部过程,确保产品的开发注册和上市过程附和公司的业务目标。

  • Develop and implement transition plans for assets to be re-integrated into the Brand Marketing portfolio and organization once launch phase is complete.
    制定和实施资产过渡计划,在启动阶段完成后将资产重新整合至品牌营销组合和组织中。
  • Product Scope: PPH franchise (Hexaxim/Tetraxim) and RSV

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Develop, plan and champion product lines:

  • This position will develop strategies and tactics that maximize dose and dollar sales volume of assigned product lines.  This position will responsible for the new assist the Marketing and Sales in coordinating and monitoring progress of objectives, product forecasts, budgets, strategic and tactical plans, 10-year global forecasts, etc. and get global and local management and related function endorsement on product strategy.

  • Guide the development, planning, Develop, plan and champion implementation of assigned product lines sales expansion. Use information systems and reports to monitor and direct the progress of sales and profits toward monthly, trimester and annual sales objectives.  Allocate product line budgets in proportion to impact on revenues in order to achieve the greatest profit contribution.
    为指定产品线的扩大销售制定、策划方案并付诸实施提供指导。使用信息系统和报告来监控和指导销售和利润实现月度、三个月和年度销售量目标。根据对收入的影响分配产品线预算比例,以实现利润最大化。

Manage and develop pre-launch & launch plans:

  • Manage the development and implementation of comprehensive, pre-launch and launch plans. Integrate marketing plans with Company short and long term strategic planning, which supports the company’s business plan.

  • Lead the preparation and submission of pre-launch and launch plans in accordance with the Company business and planning cycles.  These plans will include key determinants of business, obstacles to business expansion, opportunities, objectives, strategies, tactics, marketing expenses, sales and profit forecasts and realistic assumptions.

  • Lead and/or support all Commercial integration activities, as needed, in support of to ensure seamless transition of knowledge, expertise of newly acquired assets

  • Develop contingency plans necessary to meet changes in the environment, such as but not limited to, patent expirations, regulatory changes, new competitors and interruptions in production.

  • Direct and develop overall portfolio strategies, which impact product, price, promotion and distribution.

  • Create and build the value of assigned product lines. Assist the Head of Strategy & Marketing in coordinating the entire product portfolio plans.

  • Provide direction in assessing market trends by seeking short and long - term opportunities in unserved, poorly served or emerging market segments.

  • Create and / or routinely expand relationships with key opinion leaders and customers to uncover opportunities, which enhance product line performance and maximize product line earnings.

  • Coordinate all pre-launch and launch efforts across China and GBU stakeholders to ensure flawless product launch and through launch phase.

    JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

    Education:

  • Minimum combined marketing/commercial experience: 8 5 Years

  • Vaccine industry experience: Highly preferred
