Objetivo

Garantizar un resultado consistente entre los objetivos de crecimiento del Sell Out, Sell In y el potencial del mercado en base a la implementación de las estrategias de ventas, trademarketing y mercadeo, a lo largo de la cadena de Distribucion, con foco en las principales Cadenas, Independientes y Mayoristas/Subdistribuidores del pais, a través de JBPs/Planes de Desarrollo Comercial, enfocados en mejorar nuestra Distribucion, Disponibilidad y Visibilidad, manteniendo adecuados inventarios, convirtiéndonos en los socios/proveedores favoritos de los Puntos de Ventas e intermediarios

Responsabilidades:

Planeamiento, ejecución y control de acciones comerciales para el desarrollo del negocio de los principales Distribuidores y Puntos de Venta en el país/zona a cargo, enfocado en crecimiento y aceleración del Sell Out, mejorando nuestra Distribucion, Disponibilidad y Visibilidad, para propiciar el alcance de nuestro objetivos de crecimiento Sell In.

Asi mismo, asegurar la Optimizacion y asegurar el eficiente funcionamiento de los planes de creimiento, exhibiciones y de recomendación de los principales puntos de venta en el país/zona.

RESPONSABILIDAD  FINANCIERA: Invertir eficiente y económicamente el G2N y el Promotion, asegurando un ROI positivo de cada plan de desarrollo

RESPONSABILIDAD NO FINANCIERA: Trabajar basado en los valores y principios de nuestra Empresa, haciendo realidad nuestra vision y misión en CHC Partner Market Socopac.

Requerimientos:

Educación: · Licdo. En Mercadeo, Administración de empresas y carreras afines

Experiencia: · 3-5 años de experiencia en posiciones con responsabilidad similar.
