The purpose of this position is mastering of all data sources, acting as an enabler to the growth hub activation strategies and the commercial teams excellence in execution. The main areas of responsibility are Performance Management, Analytical Expertise, Sales force effectiveness, Sales force automation and MCE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Setting country target with GM
  • Track market performance and execution; track performance on key operational priorities
  • ​Bring forward analytical insights to country GM, customer & growth heads (Sales force excellence, Marketing mix optimization, ROI)
  • Leading Business analytics, sales and share reporting, performance tracking and evaluating ROI
  • Plan and evaluate processes and activities to ensure that all core elements of Sales force effectiveness are fully scoped, planned, executed and continuously reviewed in accordance with expectations, global guidelines and business cycle deadlines
  • Mastering commercial excellence tools to support the route to market redesign
  • Sales target tracking and pay-out calculation.
  • Provide a clear view on the performance of our portfolio (vs competition / vs forecasts) and identify alerts and opportunities in partnership with the marketing teams
  • Provide analytical support for decision making and resource allocation
  • Manage database systems and data providers.
  • Maintain and develop Sales Force Automation systems and enhance MCE capabilities

About you

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Business or scientific background, Bachelor degree, MBA is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken) in local language + English
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales, marketing and business intelligence
  • Excellent analytical and skills
  • Experience in OTC industry is a plus
  • Team spirit, persuasiveness & influence, highly collaborative with all cross functional partners
  • Strong analytical thinking, action planning and organizing
