Together with the Global Head of Evidence Strategy Programs, implement Evidence Strategy processes and support project execution through operational excellence and organisational efficiency
Drives, builds & ensures sustainability of Evidence Strategy Projects through change management initiatives, training and communication, development of metrics and key performance indicators (measures)
Develops and actively manages detailed project plan
Responsible for the implementation of the Evidence Strategy Projects across the GBUs
Process engagement and excellence
Coordinates and works closely with cross-functional teams to execute projects
Ensures that action plans are clearly defined and managed to successful completion
Collaborates and communicates with key functions to ensure successful implementation of Projects (e.g., R&D, Medical, Market Access, Commercial)
Establishes appropriate engagement from cross-functional teams; tests new ideas and approaches for continuous improvement
Interacts with support teams to make sure the appropriate resources and material are in place to optimize execution : educational material, communication & engagement plan, development of an IT solution

Required Educational Background and Job-Related Experience
MD, PHD or MBA
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
3-5 years of relevant industry experience; Medical background strongly preferred; Experience in Strategic Planning / Consulting a very strong plus
Strong skills in understanding data and evidence generation approaches
Significant experience, and proven ability to effectively engage with the organization & manage projects within a dispersed and highly matrixed organization; leadership of cross-functional teams
Strong track record in change management and implementation of new processes
Excellence in leading and managing cross-functional projects with significant business impact.
Strong skills in project management
Ability to influence without authority, strong networking skills and ability to engage with cross functional partners
