iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Portfolio Project Manager - VIE Contract (W/M)
The main responsibility of Portfolio Project Manager is technical project coordination in support of development programs for Generic products, Consumer Health Care (CHC), Rx products, Life Cycle Management Programs (LCM) and maintenance of Commercial product portfolio.
Coordinating Industrial Development and Industrial Affairs Programs with other group divisions and various internal commercial and contract manufacturing facilities
Managing activities with plant site teams consistent with work plans generated by Industrial direction
Technically maintaining product portfolio, supporting development of new product/line extensions, identifying portfolio expansion opportunities with Global Business Units (GBUs), supporting IA (Industrial Affairs) Sourcing committee and supporting site-to-site process/packaging transfers as well as processing upgrade activities for new and existing products
Creating and tracking project management timelines and dashboards for various projects
With the guidance of the Package Development team, assisting with technical packaging documentation, organization of the local document repository and project/timelines planning
Additional responsibilities may include coordination of primary and secondary package testing with internal/external laboratories
Education: Master in Technical Field or Project Management with an Undergraduate Technical Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, etc.
Experience: at least 1-2 years’ experience in technical project management, pharmaceuticals or manufacturing environment desirable; knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes for solids, semi-solids and medical devices; knowledge and understanding of supply chain processes
Soft skills: willing to come up with new ideas and learn new things; well-organised; skilled at project management of product development or technical projects
IT tools: MS Office (MS Project and Excel proficiency for project management as well as creativity with project dashboards)
Languages: fluent English
