This role will provide a well-qualified and energetic candidate with a diverse experience within the Finance function of a large multinational Pharmaceutical company that allows a candidate to learn about the commercial business and operations while leveraging their Accounting and Finance knowledge. The role is part of a high performing team centered on Finance transformation and becoming a best in class Finance organization. As a Gross-To-Net Senior Analyst, you will support multiple business units in budgeting/forecasting submission cycles, gross to net reporting, and reserve analysis. You will be operating independently in a fast-paced environment while using strong analytical and financial system competencies.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in the GTN reserves analysis process which ensures reserves are properly stated, risks are identified and mitigated, and GTN rates are appropriately captured.
Collaborate with Market Access and Finance teams to ensure components contemplated in the gross to net revenue accounting are accurate and complete.
Support the GTN budgeting and forecasting process by collaborating with business partners and in reviewing/updating applicable brand account models and providing analysis. This includes providing quality variance analysis and commentary against Budget/Forecast and prior year.
Develop & perform monthly process analyzing trends in major channels (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid) as well as top payor accounts.
Analyze, interpret, and summarize financial and other supporting data for management reports and presentations. This would include the preparation of GTN cash flow forecasting.
Work effectively across multiple SAP instances while leveraging reporting tools (IBM Planning Analytics -TM1).
Continuously challenge legacy ways of working/status quo, identify gaps across the Business Units & Functions and recommend new ways of working – focus on the best way for all businesses
Provide support during internal and external audits.

TM1 and SAP experience a plus.
