CHC - Medical Lead /PV RP
Medical Lead mission is to build scientific credibility and endorsement for our CHC product portfolio, anticipating the future for self-care, generating innovative medical insights through science and technology and manage the risks utilizing the highest ethical and compliance standards.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
Create and add scientific value to the business,
Contribute with medical insights to the country-specific objectives/strategies. Local medical need and risk management are essential, whilst maintaining alignment with the CHC strategy and securing the maintenance and improvement of the CHC product portfolio.
Coordinate activities related to Pharmacovigilance, being PV Responsible Person representing company in front of the local Health Authorities.
Closely collaborate with CHC Science at local, regional and global level but also CHC Business, Medical Country Chair, Country Quality officers, Country Pharmacovigilance & Epidemiology officers; Country Research & Development representatives (CSU) Country Compliance & Quality Officer.
Education: Medical/Scientific background – degree in Medicine desirable
Ideal Experience, skills & competencies:
Minimum of 2 years of job related experience is desirable.
Medical degree desirable, Life sciences/health related degree is acceptable if supported by good experienced.
Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining a KOL network.
Experience with OTC medicinal products as well as with food supplements and medical devices would be additional asset
Experience in working transversally and building effective partnerships between business and Science.
Experience in dealing with PV/safety issues.
Good understanding of the consumer health care business.
Experience working within a company with a complex organizational environment and the ability to operate in a matrix, team oriented structure.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic ability.
Computer literacy: advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
Languages: excellent Romanian and English language skills are must
