About the Opportunity

Reporting to Growth Head, HCP Lead is responsible for developing  HCP engagement strategy, execution and monitoring by mastering the understanding and engagement along the HCP journey.

Key responsibilities

  • Fully understand HCP journey and profiles
  • Collect and analyse data from different sources, primary and secondary research, field force insights to fully understand HCP profiles and different journeys
  • Recommendation and creation of HCP engaging content both branded and non-branded based on local regulations
  • Identify Customer (HCP) 360 Engagement Strategy
  • Creation of content factory and localization of global content as needed
  • Set KPIs, Track and measure performance of HCP engagement ex. Increasing recommendation
  • Creation of impactful branded/non-branded HCP content and campaigns with support of marketing and medical
  • Support the consumer leads in translating HCP insights to consumer added value
  • Work with the shopper leads on Pharmacist messages and detailing as needed and to ensure our combined efforts drive recommendation and sell-out
  • Use tools and platforms to drive complementary digital engagement with HCPs (MCE)
  • MCE Tactics and implementation including agency briefing, content creation, budget ownership and drive continuous improvement based on engagement scores with published content

Essential requirements:

Education:

  • University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy

Experience & knowledge:

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position

Core competencies /skills:

  • Presentation skills, influence/negotiation skills,  strategic  thinking, decision-making, time-management, loyalty and confidentiality
  • Characteristics: team-work, prospective vision, initiative, creativity and innovation, has the ability to constantly self-challenge and challenge others in a constructive way, highly focused and drives to set for him/herself ambitious objectives
  • Capacity to judge his/her competency and able to initiate change
  • Integrity, tenacity and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing environment; able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines
  • Demonstrates excellent Romanian and English language skills
  • Driving license B
