iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for: Junior Analytics Manager - VIE Contract (W/M)
Responsibilities:
MCE (Multichannel Engagement) execution measurement across categories
- Defining measurement strategy for campaigns
- Lead the continuous development of the insight generation, delivery process
- Development of best practice guidance to maximize the use of analytics reports
- Create a global dashboard to consolidate the insights
- Implement reporting structure
Analyse Marketing priorities and campaigns to generate actionable insights that support campaign optimization
Integrated analysis and presentation
- Provide stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Drive the translation of gathered insights into presentations
- Recommend improvements
Business Performance
- Measure success of MCE campaigns, provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide continuous insights to improve customer experience
Transversal and External Relationships
- Collect data, metrics, provide regular updates
- Maintain updated the global dashboard, develop corresponding reports including insights and recommendations
- Support Marketing&Medical teams in developing brand medical plan
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or Science background with MBA
Professional experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in RX/OTC (recipt/over the counter)market research, business analysis or digital analytics roles with strong focus on HCP (Healthcare professionals)
- Experience with digital analytics tools, reporting and visualization techniques
- Excellent project management skills
IT / hard skills:
- Good mastering of MS Office applications (Excel, PPT essential)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus

Languages:
- English required,
