Main responsibilities:

Medico-Regulatory, Health Economics & Market Access

  • Provides product scientific expertise to Regulatory Affairs Department for registration support, labelling changes, or when requested by health authorities

Medico-Marketing, Sales Force and Medical Education

  • Participates with Marketing Department in defining Brand strategy and roll-out plans (provides support and reviews local Strategic/Tactical Product Summaries)
  • Provides scientific expertise in the development of promotional materials
  • Provides disease and product knowledge training to the sales force through formalized training supports and sessions aimed at maximizing sales force efficiency.
  • Participates in Medical Education activities (RTDs, symposia, congresses)
  • Identifies, collects, and reports to the Affiliate Pharmacovigilance Unit, according to the relevant local Pharmacovigilance procedures, all the adverse events as well as all the safety information concerning the Sanofi Group’s products, within one working day.

KOL Management

  • With the Marketing Department, co-develop opinion leaders’ strategy
  • Co-designs and implements specific KOL action plans, e.g., Advisory boards, Expert Meetings, Advocacy Groups, Steering Committees, development of Guidelines, etc

Medical Information

  • Regularly updates product or disease-related information (tracks, reviews and circulates the latest medical information and publications on Sanofi products and competitors)
  • Actively participates in the Medical Information process (answers to Health Care professional inquiries, tracks and maintains the Q&A database, helps design and implement Customer Support Services/Programs)
  • Ensure that all local requests are captured in the specific databases (e.g. BCT) in order to be tracked

About you 

  • M.Sc. degree in medical science or related studies
  • 2 years of experience on similar position
  • English and Romanian language skills – written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Effective communication skills to interact with diverse groups and individuals
  • Ability to build strategic relationships
  • Driving license cat. B
