Team Lead Supply Chain will Manage external supply of Drug products, APIs, Cosmetics, Foods, Medical devices according to the market demand.  

The purpose of this role is to:

• Lead, manage and coach a team of Supply Chain Managers 
• Management of launches, geo-expansions, transfers, recalls and bottlenecks 
• Ensure the continuous supply product portfolio within the teams responsibility by meeting all relevant regulatory requirements  
• Developing of Supply Chain processes to increase efficiencies and to fulfill the targeted Customer Service  
• Develop, improve and/or optimize Supply & Demand processes with SC Excellence (when relevant) 
• Act as an escalation body for main risks/operational supply chain or transversal topics  
• Develop and measure customer service levels  
• Ensure high performance and continuous improvement management
• Support SMS initiatives and ensure the model deployment within the team 
• Optimize Supply Chain costs with regards to transportation, stock levels and destruction  
• Contribute to Global initiatives and projects 
• Establishment of supply chain meetings and communication with various regions/hubs 

• Background and Experience

• Bachelor and / or master and / or Diploma degree in business administration and/or economics or alternatively professional education with long-term experience in Supply Chain management related role. 
• Strong leadership experience as well as minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Environment and experience in production planning beneficial as well as Project Management 
• Deep understanding of SAP-System as well as very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) and SAP, German and English fluent, excellent analytical and communication skills as well as conceptual strength
