About the job

• Closely partner with and support our colleagues working the Global Executive Recruitment & Scouting team based in 3 major locations: Budapest, Amsterdam and Bogota
• Provide the team with administrative support
• Build target company lists
• Source and select talents against the job description,
• and map the talent market
• Actively support the team with desk research,
• identification of candidates, preparation of
• presentations
• Collect, classify, and interpret competitive
• market intelligence
• Track and report data in our Candidate
• Relationship Management (CRM) tool
• Ensure accuracy and quality of data

About you

• Ongoing university studies (active student status)
• English knowledge in advanced level
• Min. 25 hour/week
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Good analytical skills
• High level of integrity to deal with sensitive information in a compliantand confidential way
• Interest in international recruitment
• Curiosity to learn about the pharmaceutical/biopharma industry and different functions
• Good level of data management skill
