iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the team:

We’re seeking a new colleague to join the Global Talent Operations Team to support the daily operations and our Continuous Improvement and Governance programs with various activities globally.

This is a great opportunity to be part of Sanofi’s Chief Talent Office which belongs to the Global Centre of Excellence (CoE) within the People & Culture function, overseeing Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management strategies, from local to executive committee levels.


In this role you will work closely and support the work of the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Lead and Global Talent Acquisition Operations Team. You will have a key focus on the timely completion of elements of the Talent Strategy, especially focusing on the Candidate Experience Tower (or any, impacting Talent Acquisition).

You will work in a dynamic and multicultural environment and have the opportunity to contribute to operational excellence within talent acquisition.

Main responsibilities:

  • Drive the agenda of the Talent Acquisition Governance program.
  • Support various projects and programs of Talent Acquisition and the wider Talent CoE.
  • Provide continuous support of Change Management and Communications within the Talent Acquisition (and occasionally to the wider Talent CoE).
  • Draft, validate and finalize Talent Acquisition (TA) related Desktop Procedures (DTP), processes and guidelines.
  • Support and co-lead initiatives of the TA Learning Management agenda.
  • Drive and maintain Technical Change Management (SNOW) related items.

About you:

  • Experience in Human Resources, preferably in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to contribute and learn.
  • Easily adapt to change.
  • Good team player.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, clarifying next steps, and delegating effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Confident level of written and verbal English.
