Our Team: The Chief Operating Office is organized into 3 pillars:
Performance and Fees office (E-billing strategy and support for efficient budget management, performance analytics enabling better decision making in our organization, headcount and budget allocations
Operations & Digital Transformation Manager (Digital roadmap, Law firm management, Legal services & tech vendor management, Litigation & investigations support
Communication & Change management (Leads culture change initiatives, conducts simplification projects, manages social media and intranet, manages learning programs and legal subscriptions, organizes our functional townhalls and coordinates community outreach initiatives)
About Growing with us
In this role you will…
- Build analytical reports using multiple data sources such as Persuit, PowerBI, TyMetrix, Procurement solutions, etc.)
- Load data sources
- Review reports (60% of the time)
- Provide system administration and user support. (30% of the time)
- Responsible for fees administration activities
- Review and approve electronic invoice submissions to ensure data quality (10% of the time)
About you
- Bachelor degree in relevant subjects
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English
- Experience with performing data analysis
- Knowledge of billing principles a plus
- Knowledge of working with Business Intelligence dashboards is a plus (Power BI, …)
- Full proficiency in MS office applications (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
