Main responsibilities
Support the daily operation of S2V France team
Administrative tasks within the team
Reporting of pending invoices and contacting the responsible business users
Basic invoice processing and query management
Handling ad-hoc requests
About you
Skills:
- Team player, motivated, quick learner
- communicative, open personality
Technical skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus
Education:
- Ongoing university studies (active student status for min 1 year)
Languages:
- Fluent in English
Availability:
- Min 25-30 hours/week
