iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission:

Team Coordinator - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 01/08/2024


Responsibilities:

  • Supports the GRA (Global Regulatory Affairs) Hub in establishing and implementing efficient ways of working across the different teams within the hub and within the entire GRA organization from an operational point of view.
  • Supports the preparation, coordination, and communication of the Continuous Improvement framework for the GRA Hub.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of the operating model for the GRA Hub from an administrative perspective.
  • First point of contact for all administrative and HR operational questions for the GRA Hub team.
  • Organizes visits and meetings of the GRA Hub & coordinates the newcomer Buddy program (forms community, best practices, improved process, and onboarding experience).
  • Supports the budget planning for the GRA Hub.
  • Responsible for the constant update of the webpage/SharePoint for the GRA Hub.
  • Manages and monitors the day-to-day operation of office administrative tasks for the GRA Hub team, ensures smooth workflow and efficiency related to administration.
  • Contributes to the elaboration of current professional topics, in coordination and monitoring of the tasks.
  • Consistently demonstrates the core values, contributing to the business in a helpful, polite, and professional manner undertaking any task however big or small.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree preferably in degree in Life Science / Pharmacy / Business Administration, Engineering.
  • 1 – 2 years in pharmaceutical industry will be beneficial.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong team player who is self-motivated and able to multi-task under pressure.
  • Highly accountable and well-organized.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
  • Being proactive, solution-focused, self-confident, and knowing how to prioritize.
  • Being able to process and present complex topics in an understandable and structured way.
  • Have social competence.
  • Willing to work transversally.
