Associate Director of Training Patient Support Services -DUPIXENT, reports to the Sanofi Genzyme Head of Patient Support Services - Dupixent.

The Associate Director of Patient Support Services Training – Dupixent is based in Cambridge, MA.

The Associate Director of Patient Support Services Training – Dupixent has responsibility for supporting Dupixent Patient Support Services training needs. This person will have responsibility for strategic planning and implementation of world class product, process, and any/all necessary Patient Support Services related training and skill-based training via eLearning, live meetings, and virtual training and on demand training courses.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop, with the Dupixent Patient Support Services Leadership team, the training and development function for the DUPIXENT Patient Support Services team as well as other Dupixent Patient Support Services trainings for the Business Unit as needed.

The Associate Director of Training Patient Support Services -Dupixent will have responsibility for on-the-ground execution and deployment of training experiences. Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive strategic and tactical plans to support the short- and long-term objectives of the Dupixent Patient Support Services team. 

This includes responsibility for implementation and continuous improvement to the following work streams:

  • New hire training programs and curriculum

  • Continuing education with ongoing learning programs (micro-learnings)

  • Field Development Manager Growth and Development (in conjunction with FRM Leadership team)

  • Lead Responsibility for training @ POA’s, adhoc Patient Support Services trainings for any/all Dupixent Field Teams as necessary

  • Collaboration/Coordination with “One PSS” training initiatives

  • Grow Virtual Learning capabilities

  • Manage the Joint Review Commission process for all training materials to incorporate all appropriate regulatory and legal compliance programs into the appropriate training programs.

  • Work closely with all cross functional teams (sales, marketing, market access, etc.)  to ensure appropriate integration materials into all new hire and ongoing learning training programs.

  • Manage, design, and deliver training materials for National Meetings and Area/Zone and Regional, in close coordination with “One PSS” leadership, Dupixent PSS Leadership, Sales, Marketing, and any other relevant cross functional teams.

  • Build a sustainable ongoing learning journey for our Dupixent Patient Services Teams (field and home office).

  • Incorporate technology and gamification for end user engagement.

  • Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.

  • Select, develop, and manage relationships with key agency partners.

  • Provide a high level of strategic analysis and planning with the ability to work with and manage demands and expectations from multiple internal customers.

  • Contribute to the “One PSS” training strategy as that continues to be built and evolve by joining a project team to harmonize approach across TA PSS teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree required, preferably in life science or business. MBA a plus.

  • Ideal candidate will have 8 plus years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience

  • Ideal candidate will have experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or biologics, with knowledge of the specialty pharmacy/HUB services environment.

  • Proven communication skills with a well-developed ability to efficiently and productively communicate both verbally and in writing

  • Ability to influence, collaborate and interact effectively with senior leadership team and cross functional team members.
