Manage the design, development, maintenance and compliance of key digital channels and content to support HCP marketing programs across the US DUPIXENT® Franchise, including:
Non-personal promotion with a focus on email and third party partners
Digital/mobile display media and programs
Performance reports and optimization
Lead the advancement of the HCP digital approach with focus on data, personalization, triggered messaging and channel integration; implement roadmap in partnership with the field force and IT.
Drive consistency, coordination and digital platform implementation across the DUPIXENT® Franchise to deliver a positive customer experience and strong cross-indication integrated digital ecosystem.
Partner closely with indication marketing teams, media lead, IT, technology vendors, agencies, and other functions to ensure integrated delivery across all channels.
In partnership with indication marketing teams and media lead, you will develop and manage online brand campaigns to raise brand awareness, drive engagement and prescribing.
Partner with hcp indication marketing teams to design, develop and execute an industry leading social media presence for the Franchise
Partner with HCP indication marketing teams to design, develop and execute an industry leading digital display presence for the Franchise
Evaluate and implement technology to support business requirements.
Effectively partner with and manage key suppliers, agencies and vendors.
Continually review and analyze digital content, programs and inventory to identify opportunities for improvement.
Use learnings from usability, market research, competitive intelligence, digital metrics and others to recommend strategies to enhance/better the customer experience.
Apply the learnings over time to existing and new initiatives
Utilize KPIs and analytics dashboard to streamline and recommend opportunities for enhancement and optimization of digital marketing programs.
Responsible for QA, compliance and the planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing programs and suppliers.
Experience and Required Skills:
Experience in key principles of brand management, professional promotion, and digital marketing
Proven ability to work in matrix organizations and with Alliance partners
Strong commercial business acumen and ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical groups; digital marketing technology experience
Strong collaboration mindset, problem solving abilities
Clear communicator, natural change agent, pro-active
Ability to work independently and to manage a multitude of projects
Experience successfully implementing and optimizing digital marketing programs
Hands on leader, willing to roll up their sleeves and move projects and teams quickly towards achieving milestones
Eye towards innovation and passion for selling, planning and implementing new approaches
