The Director (Clinical), Patient Support Services reports to the Senior Director, Patient Support Services, Dupixent.

Sanofi Patient Support Program Dupixent MyWay offer a comprehensive set of services working with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, Payors and Specialty Pharmacies.  The services are provided by a contracted business partner that is managed by Sanofi. 

This position is based in Cambridge, MA.

The Director will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement strategies and tactics that support Dupixent MyWay and align with the commercial objectives of the Dupixent Franchise

  • Provide oversight and leadership to vendor managed Clinical services telehealth and field Clinical teams

  • Work with cross functional colleagues to develop and implement new programs that enhance the Dupixent MyWay offering

  • Collaborate with cross functional colleagues to optimize the promotion of the Dupixent MyWay program

  • In collaboration with the Dupixent PSS Training team, oversee the training of Dupixent MyWay Clinical Teams, from onboarding through ongoing development

  • Identify and implement new Clinical Programs and Services to meet Sanofi Genzyme's commercial objectives

  • Monitor and measure customer feedback, internal performance data and market needs to identify service enhancements

  • Enhance and maintain SOPS, process flows, business rules and scripting/messaging pertaining to the Clinical functions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

  • 7-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Experience with customer relationship marketing programs

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including building strong working relationships, and managing and resolving conflict.

  • Strong analytic skills to evaluate trends and identify opportunities for program improvements.

  • Demonstrates initiative, teamwork and accountability.

  • Superb communication skills; oral and written, including presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change and react constructively in a high[1]energy and fast paced environment.

  • Experience working in a co-promote

  • RN and/or Nursing experience

The successful candidate will be required to sign and execute a restricted covenant upon hire.
