The Global Brand Lead - Sutimlimab (009) will drive the strategy implementation and execution of core programs in Cold Agglutinin Disease (CAD) Hemophilia. Sutimlimab is a first in class agent with a novel mechanism of action that treats the underlying cause of CAD. Sutimlimab is expected to provide a new treatment approach to this lifelong disease and will help to redefine expectations for patients with CAD.
This position reports to the Global VP Head of Commercial Strategy Hemophilia & Complement and will be responsible for the Sutimlimabs’s Global Commercial Strategy and core global projects within Rare Blood Disorders Franchise at Sanofi Genzyme. The role will be highly cross-functional, will require close interaction with regions and key countries, and involve leveraging synergies through a strong collaboration with all Rare Blood Disorders teams. This position has immediate visibility, diverse challenges and rewards.
Global Sutimlimab franchise strategy and programs:
Lead global launch readiness and develop a cross-functional filing sequence & launch sequence plan including global launch tracker and KPIs
Support and monitor country launch readiness including development of local launch trackers business plans and KPIs
Launch Sutimlimab and monitor launch performance
Lead Global Brand Team for Sutimlimab to define overall brand strategy
Lead Trade name and trademark development
Lead development and future evolution of global Sutimlimab branding and positioning efforts (core messaging, creative campaigns, rollout to regional and country teams)
Design and execute select promotional tactics, as defined in the Global Sutimlimab Business Plan
Oversee Sutimlimab strategic presence in global congresses and working with franchise operations on execution.
Guide market research for multiple stakeholders and competitive response planning for Sutimlimab
Partner with a/o value & access and global patient advocacy team to ensure that our efforts support patient access.
Responsible for Sutimlimab franchise brand/business planning
Responsible for coordinating cross-functional and cross-regional teams to execute Sutimlimab franchise programs and support the markets
Develop Sutimlimab franchise guidance for global forecasting processes
Ensure alignment across functions, regions and key Sutimlimab markets
Communicate business updates across the organization
Collaborate closely with R&D, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Program Management to lead life cycle strategy including real world evidence. Represent global commercial perspective in LCM and R&D clinical development programs
Identify development opportunities to drive commercial strategy
Conduct commercial assessments and support the development of business cases for potential development investments
Commercial strategy execution:
Design and drive global initiatives to drive disease awareness and accelerate patient diagnosis
Ensure regional and local pull-through of brand strategy and promotional platform
Identify and communicate market drivers & barriers, and best practices
Assist regions and countries in problem solving and addressing local challenges
Assist regions and countries in responding to competitor dynamics
Travel up to approximately 35%, typically international.

BA/BS degree, scientific background preferred
MBA or Master’s degree preferred
Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel
12+ years marketing experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical or medical device industries; preferably in competitive market. US commercial/launch experience in nephrology is a pre.
