This individual will lead the cross-functional team responsible for gathering and translating patient insights to develop a communicable end to end patient experience strategy and engagement plan. The individual will leverage the GloCal model to ensure this strategy is well understood, executed and measured at country level.
This role will require strong engagement with cross-functional and country partners and is a great opportunity to help launch a transformative priority asset. Position will report to Global Brand Lead for Enjaymo and Complement Portfolio, and closely partner with Enjaymo HCP & launch lead team member.
Develop and implement a global patient strategy for Cold Agglutinin Disease, inclusive of onboarding and experience that is based on deep customer insights
Lead the development and execution of the patient messaging and marketing tactics, for omnichannel promotion, including MLR review process and promotional presence at major patient Cold Agglutinin Disease events and conferences
Develop and articulate effective communication strategies and tactics for patients that are executable, easily communicated, and clinically supported
Partner effectively with cross functional partners, including Communications, Public Affairs and Commercial Insights and Analytics
Lead and execute patient commercial advisory boards
Manage patient advertising agency
Contribute to the development of all marketing plans including the annual Global Brand Plan in line with the target product positioning, customer segmentation, etc.
Bachelor’s degree and 8-10+ product/brand management, and/or strategic marketing, commercial / business development/product communications with product launch experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
Understanding of market research, creative development, and experience with regulatoryreview/approval process.

Ability to interact widely and effectively within the company
Digital strategy experience
Experience in both local and global organizations
Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs (internal and/or external)
Experience managing an advertising agency and related budgets
MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
Clearly articulate patient-centric strategy, develop an agenda, and mobilize the cross-functional team to deliver on desired outcomes
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
