The Product Manager, Global Hemophilia Marketing & Operations will be responsible for supporting launch readiness and ensuring consistency in approach across the global hemophilia franchise.
The successful candidate will partner with global and local brand teammates, as well as cross functional partners (e.g. Global Medical, Global Market Access, Market Research, Public Affairs, R&D, Finance/ Business Analytics, and Legal), to ensure tactical plans are successfully aligned with the global strategy and executed seamlessly. This individual will utilize their project management and brand marketing experience to make the necessary recommendations to key stakeholders to achieve the overall brand and franchise goals. This position will report the Global Brand Lead for BIVV001 but will support both pipeline and marketed Hemophilia assets. Key Responsibilities include:
Support launch readiness and planning for pipeline assets (BIVV001 and fitusiran)
Partner with various stakeholders to develop and monitor robust tactical plans that will support the global brand strategy
Manage global promotional review board (PRB) responsibilities
Manage respective Global Brand Team (GBT) meetings and incorporate country feedback
Support Global Rare Blood Disorders (RBD) and Hemophilia franchise activities. Manage internal communications and overall engagement plan
Support and monitor country performance and launch readiness by coordinating input into trackers, dashboards, and KPI
In partnership with the Global Brand Leads, execute Hemophilia global congress initiatives
Partner with SOBI counterpart when appropriate
Skills, Expertise and Contribution:
Strong project management skills; demonstrated experience managing multiple cross functional projects and external vendors required
Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally in a matrix environment
Excellent oral and written communication with a strong attention to detail
Team player who is flexible and willing to work across several teams as needed
Knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry is required
Experience working with promotional review boards (PRB)
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others to achieve mutual objectives
Launch experience, globally preferred
Fluency in English
Bachelor’s Degree required, PhD and/or MBA degree not required but preferred
Expected experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, 2 of which must be in a biopharmaceutical setting
