iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission:

Project Specialist - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 01/08/2024

• Coordinate Research & Development (R&D) Operational network (scheduling meetings, managing the agenda, follow ups, notes etc.).
•   Consolidate challenges, incidents, findings, and near misses to highlight the R&D environment.
•   Prepare proposals to address challenges, incidents, findings, reports, and risks.
•   Coordinate the follow-up on defined action plans e.g., coordinate Audit Finding close-out, Operational Excellence initiatives, and Risk remediation plans.
•   Manage a R&D Operational Excellence program, Audit close out, or Risk remediation plan.
•   Embrace the culture to one of continuous improvement
•   Contribute to build and implement change management & communication plans.
•   Communicate on progress & successes at the Process and Operations (P&O) monthly meeting.
