The Dupixent Patient Support Services (PSS) team is focused on supporting patients wishing to access to Dupixent. This is achieved by offering programs that provide reimbursement and logistics support, financial assistance, and patient education. In addition to the Dupixent program offerings, the Dupixent PSS organization is also home to several field teams that provide education and support to patients and customers.
The Senior Manager Launch Excellence Dupixent Patient Support Services will be responsible for managing all launch activities for the Dupixent Patient Support Services Team. Working with the Dupixent My Way team, He/She/They will be responsible for ensuring Dupixent My Way is prepared for upcoming Dupixent launches. The roll will be responsible for all aspects of the reimbursement and clinical services preparation in advance of launch, to ensure successful execution on day 1.
This role will work with any external partners that Dupixent My Way partners with to ensure successful preparation for an upcoming Dupixent launch. This role will act as a main point of contact and provide operational updates for the Dupixent PSS Marketing Team as well as Dupixent Brand teams. He/She/They will be responsible for providing all Dupixent My Way operational updates as the Dupixent My Way operational lead on Brand Launch teams. He/She/ They is responsible for ensuring a consistent approach to Dupixent Patient Services launch planning is implanted and followed.
The candidate must be solution-oriented, operationally savvy, creative, highly organized, flexible, adept at managing multiple matrix teams, handling multiple projects and have a Patient Services and/or pharmaceutical product launch background. This will be a highly visible position interacting with many internal functional groups within Sanofi Genzyme, and external vendors. The position will report to the Senior Director Dupixent Patient Support Services. The position is based in Cambridge, MA.

Managing all launch activities for the Dupixent Patient Support Services team
Ensure all Dupixent My Way services are launched on or adjusted by product approval date
Providing all Dupixent My Way operational launch updates as part of the brand launch team
Coordinate with the Dupixent My Way internal team and external partners to understand the gaps in services or enhancements that are need to the existing day to day services and working with them to close those gaps or make adjustments as necessary in advance of product approval date.
Lead cross-functional post launch reviews with all internal teams and external partners to generate insights on key drivers of success and launch challenges, with learnings implemented in future Dupixent launches
Facilitate sharing of launch learnings and best practices across PSS therapeutic areas.
Ensure seamless execution of cross-functional / partner launch plans identifying critical interdependencies, track progress against key milestones, highlight risks, and resolve issues as they arise
Develop mitigation plans for key risks and alternate scenarios for critical uncertainties
Establish relevant key performance indicators for launch readiness and implement reporting to track progress against the plan
Coordinate with Senior Director Operations Dupixent to ensure any changes to services offerings are documented in the necessary internal systems
Provide communications on the progress of launch activities to the Dupixent PSS Leadership team
Profile and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry experience, including specialty care launch experience in patient services role
Strong project management experience, especially with large, complex projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the agility to work across a diverse range of strategic and operational topics
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and present complex topics to senior executives
Collaborative, team player with ability to build and maintain networks across diverse functions and geographies
