The Quality Assurance QA Operations department is responsible for quality oversight of operations at Sanofi Framingham Biologics facilities. QA’s main responsibility is to ensure adherence to CGMPs during manufacturing operations through partnership with the site and direct engagement with daily operations activities. Quality Assurance Operations is responsible for providing support and guidance to the Sanofi Operations function in order to protect the safety, quality and efficacy of Sanofi’s products, thereby ensuring the availability of compliant and safe products for our patients and assuring the security of the company’s business and global markets.
Co Op role within the department will include Data analytics for
establish key performance indicator metrics and models for quality assurance operations
FTE capacity modeling, unified labor model
Data analysis and presentation
Generate and present assigned metrics at the required frequency which drive accountability and delivery of targets
Environmental and utility data analysis and trending
Quality Assurance operational support including
evaluation of cleaning verification data
on the floor operational support and problem solving
technical writing to support quality assessment for events and investigations
quality assurance plan, policy, procedure writing

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in science discipline with plans to graduate by 2023
3.0/4.0 GPA is a minimum requirement
