Our Team

The Sanofi CHC Global Commercial Organization is a newly formed, tight knit unit focused on delivering impact and simplification within the Commercial Landscape of Sanofi CHC. The team will work on a multitude of projects, with roles remaining fluid adapting to the business needs, skills, and the ever-changing landscape. We are looking for highly talented commercial all-rounders to enable this organization and drive a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

The priority will be to drive infrastructure and process changes within the organization to empower the countries to deliver where it counts- in the store for our shoppers and to build love brands.

Digital tools, skills and platforms will be fully embedded into each role giving added focus and priority to technology that will both improve and change the way we work.

The team will redefine what a modern global commercial organization can look like, will be built with current and future leaders and with the ambition to build Sanofi CHC as the best FMCH Company in the world and for the world.

Main responsibilities

  • The Commercial Launchpad TPM Product Lead is the Product Owner for the Global Trade Promotion Management (myTPM) platform, responsible for the product design, build, deployment, and run support. The myTPM platform is a key transformative platform for the way that Sanofi CHC engages with customers
  • The role will report into the Commercial Launchpad TPM Program Lead
  • The role will be 80% Digital Focused & 20% Business Focused.  This is a highly skilled role that requires in depth understanding of TPM, and how to guide the TPM application to meet business needs.
  • The Commercial Launchpad TPM Product Lead will be responsible for working with our external partners (Salesforce), local markets, and business process owners to design and deploy myTPM Platform for CHC
  • The Commercial Launchpad TPM Product Lead will be responsible for the continued development and evolution of the myTPM platform to ensure it stays a “best in class” product.  This will entail collaborating with the markets after deployment to understand evolving business requirements; working with Commercial Launchpad process experts, and Salesforce to help guide the direction of the application
  • The Commercial Launchpad TPM Product Lead are responsible for the global deployment of the myTPM platform working in conjunction with the rest of the Commercial Launchpad team, Digital COE’s (for example, integration) across the relevant markets

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Overall Accountabilities

  • Deliver the Sanofi CHC myTPM Platform to the markets to step change the way we engage with customers setting us up to be a BiC FMCH organization

Platform Design

  • Lead the design and build of all the relevant features of the myTPM platform
  • Work closely with markets in gap to fit exercise and the business process owners to ensure a fit for purpose and fit for future platform
  • Ensure all necessary functionality is built into the roadmap to ensure country needs are met and managed appropriately
  • Work with the Commercial Launchpad Architecture, Integration and Tech teams to ensure the platform is designed and built in a stable and sustainable way, aligned with Sanofi CHC CoE BIC principles
  • Input into to design and deployment planning (inc, toolkit, roadmap, and budget planning)

Platform Deployment

  • Overall responsibility for the deployment model of the myTPM platform including local country engagement, gap to fit analysis, Platform Customization, system integration testing, user acceptance testing & Cutover as well as post launch support
  • Manage the overall license requirements for the platform in line with budgets and the Commercial launchpad Program Lead

Platform Run Model

  • Design and align the run model for the myTPM platform
  • Global owner of Platform KPI’s such as usage
  • Manage the enhancement request stream – prioritization and implementation

ABOUT YOU

Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience leading large digital programs
  • 5+ Years’ experience of trade promotion management in the consumer goods area, with applications such as Accenture Cloud TPM, Exceedra, etc.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP

Qualification

  • Has strong history of delivery on major digital projects that have significant integration matrices
  • Strong Program management skills demonstrated in highly matrixed organization where influence is the key skill
  • Work experience across multiple regions and trade environments
  • Degree(s) in relevant field

  • Ability to drive a large and complex interconnected digital program to execution in a short time frame
  • Clear understanding of commercial business requirements to deliver a best-in-class myTPM platform
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership, experience, and skill – from local to global business unit leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, analytic mindset
  • Proven strategic and transformational ability to drive and lead change
  • Ability to shift from high level strategy to execution and measured impact

Languages

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
