Our Team

Our “HR CHC Support Functions and CHLOE 2.0” team belongs to CHC HR department. Our purpose is to both support the Global Functions Business leaders in reaching their business priorities and to deliver CHLOE 2.0 people roadmap and principles ensuring successful deliverables of our CHC Carve-In strategy.

We play a crucial part in Sanofi CHC growth, by providing HR solutions to support our CHC business in its vision to become the best FMCH company In & For the world.

Your Role

The EU CHLOE 2.0 & Global Social Roll-out HR PMO is part of the “HR CHC Support Functions and CHLOE 2.0” team, reporting solid line to EU CHC HR Head, and dotted line to Global BHR CHC Support Functions & CHLOE 2.0 HR Project Leader. Europe Region in CHC also includes Russia.

She/he is responsible for, in close relationship with the Global/Regional and Local HR for those functions and CHLOE 2.0 Project HR Leader/Global PMO

  • Coordinating and monitoring the social roll out of all CHC countries and functions in a timely and qualitative way
  • Ensures all project and HR guidelines are rolled out in CHC HR teams at local level in all EU countries, and escalate their potential challenges or warning points. Acting as a SPOC and ensuring all CHLOE 2.0 initiatives are well implemented at EU regional/zone/local level

Main responsibilities

  • Share all the project guidelines with EU countries/Zones and escalate their potential challenges or warning points
  • Coordinate with Global HR CHC PMO and Global staffing partner Chloe 2.0 the EU TOM Staffing that will enable CHC to operate in autonomous way
  • Follow up the EU CHC hiring plan together with the Global staffing partner Chloe 2.0
  • Coordinate all potential EU specific sub streams in close collaboration with the core HR Project team members
  • Contribute to Communication & Change management at EU CHC Level
  • Coordinating and monitor the social roll out of all CHC countries and functions, anticipate social sensitivities, ensure timely mitigation plan, identify key milestones in order to comply and respect social dialogue in unionized countries (incl EWC upon need)

ABOUT YOU

  • Program management in complex transformation project environment
  • 5+ years’ experience in operational HR role
  • Ability to understand and challenge HR operating model as well as ways of working
  • Consultative skills, Aptitude for process thinking and improvement, creative thinking
  • Transversal collaboration with diverse functional and project management teams
  • Able to communicate effectively with senior management levels
  • Transversal collaboration with diverse functional and project management teams
  • High collaboration, engagement, resilience and customer focus
  • Team player & dynamic & self-starter
  • Headcount and personnel cost baselining
  • Fluency in English, French as a plus
  • CHC knowledge is a plus
