Our team is part of the Consumer Experience and Analytics division whose mission is to deliver future-proof insights & capabilities driving CHC decision makers forward to create purposeful omnichannel consumer selfcare experiences, beat competition and deliver brand love and ROI
The position sits in the Integrated Consumer Engagement team. This team is in charge of managing strategies and partners regarding offline and online media, content and creative strategy and audience data-driven marketing and performance monitoring. We are a team of experts who are empowered to shape, pilot and execute future-forward strategies, in collaboration with local and global marketing and digital teams
You will contribute to the data transformation of Sanofi Consumer Healthcare by ensuring the execution of the consumer data strategy and by continuously improving it
You will handle a variety of marketing, digital and business data (digital media campaigns, social and web listening, brand websites 0/1st party data, CRM data, etc) with a focus on internal consumer data (0/1st party data) to build relevant analysis and recommend activations to marketing teams
Monitoring the implementation of the consumer data strategy in the countries and supporting countries to achieve Sanofi consumer data ambitions. Also contributing to keeping this strategy up to date considering evolving digital ecosystem
Growing internal consumer data capital
Monitor volume of 0 and 1st party data on brand websites and recommend actions to countries to generate and capture data all along the consumer journey
Liaise with the Digital team to ensure efficient tracking of the data to turn data into insights and activation
Recommending audience segmentation and targeting
Leverage all available data to support the marketing teams into building their audience segmentation
Analyse data from social and web listening to optimize audience targeting and content
Identify and segment high value audiences from 0/1st party data and build these audiences into Google Analytics and other CRM platforms for media activation
In collaboration with the Digital data science teams and the Business intelligence teams, build propensity modelling audiences and work on consumer lifetime value models
Enhancing the current consumer data strategy by identifying new relevant consumer data analysis and use cases to serve business needs
Define the methodologies and test use cases in collaboration with countries, ensuring efficient test protocol and measurement
Execute the use cases and deliver the analysis
Document the best practices and scale the relevant use cases to all Sanofi brands through the regional squads
first successful experience in digital marketing data analysis (3-4 years in permanent employment)

strong interest in research and effectiveness measurement
strong analytical & synthesis skills
familiar with BI tools (Power BI, Data Studio)
knowledge of media platforms (Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Manager), website analytics (Google Analytics), social listening techniques and CRM practices
master SQL and ideally a programming language (R or Python), knowledge in cloud platforms is a plus (Big query, Google cloud, Google ads data hub)
M2 degree (engineering schools, business schools, universities) with a specialization in statistics / data analysis / data sciences
