iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Europe Change Management Analyst - VIE Contract (W/M)

Overview

The mission is about coordinating Workday change management activities for Sanofi’s Europe region (without France) with a particular focus on the UK&IE (United Kingdom and Ireland) MCO (Multi-Country Organisation). The VIE will be part of a team of other Change Management professionals, reporting to the Change Management Lead UK&IE and dotted line to the Global WD (Workday) Change Management Lead. The role also encompasses providing change management guidance to new projects around Workday, PRISM in particular.

Mission Statement and Scope

The VIE will be part of a Global Change Management network whose objective is:

  • Focus on user satisfaction and adoption of new ways of working by HR (Human Resources), managers and employees
  • HR roles and responsibilities, global process ownership/SBS (Sanofi Business Services), Workday deployment
  • Global oversight of parallel running of HR projects, programs and initiatives

The VIE will play a key role in coordinating and animating a network of country focal points in Europe to facilitate faster user adoption and the embedding of new functionalities. He/She will own not only a geographical perimeter but also a field of expertise (e.g. Recruiting, Talent & Performance, etc) still to be defined.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monthly monitor Workday adoption metrics and share them with the countries (priority countries: UK, Germany, Spain, Italy and Hungary)
  • Agree with the country focal points on the action plan to improve the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators); follow up on the countries to review the plan’s execution (Engagement campaigns, Comms, Training)
  • Interact with HR Country Heads to guarantee sponsorship to the plan and the timely execution
  • Support future HR projects/initiatives that require change management expertise
  • Plan and promote global actions to improve the experience of HR with Workday’s features
  • Dedicate time to learn the HR processes and how they are executed in Workday

Candidate's profile:

  • Education: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or relevant field
  • Experience: previous experience/training with change management principles, methodologies and tools would be nice to have; experience/training in HR is considered a plus
  • Soft skills: leadership skills, analytical skills, intercultural openness, flexibility and agility, self-motivation, active listening
  • IT tools: MS Office; interest in learning new IT tools
  • Languages: proficiency in English
