Associate Project specialist - CRM
- Associate Project Specialist- CRM is responsible for updating User profiles in One CRM and liaises with the relevant Business Partners, Regional contacts to ensure that appropriate CRM users data is being transferred to the CRM environment, performs quality checks on collected data, provides remediation support for errors found, assessment of CRM users information, coordinates the compilation of reports and identifies process & system enhancements
Duties & Responsibilities
People
- Maintain effective relationship with internal peers and the end stakeholders within the allocated geography.
- Regular connects with Regional Contacts, local country medical teams
Financial and Reporting
- Provide monitoring reports, verification reports as per agreed timelines and quality
- Data Quality assessment: Identify abnormalities in the data monitored and develop report as per regulatory requirements
Process
- Partner with internal teams to continuously improve data quality and availability by building business processes that support global standardization
- Identify inconsistencies in how data is being reported across teams and countries
- Analyze data, generate insights and reports that can be used across GBUs
- Ensure data quality and consistency is maintained
- Expertise of understanding and working with large set of data
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree required – B Pharm/M Pharm/life sciences (Preferred)
Requirements of the job
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with advance excel
- Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinking
- Proficient in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook)
- Working experience with Salesforce and OneCRM preferred
- Experience with Pharma companies preferred
