- Design the operational excellence implementation plan for the organization with Leadership team inputs
- Drive operational excellence projects using re-engineering, lean/six sigma, best practices framework, bench marking, analytics technique
- Identify areas for innovation and implement with external and internal partners
- Identify the root cause of issues and design resolution
- Conduct employee surveys on a periodic basis to understand the operational excellence requirements
- Keep abreast of operational excellence techniques and facilitate constant skill up-gradation of organization employees
- Replicate successful project work/ share best practices and serve as a change agent and facilitator for operational excellence
- Monitor project progress by establishing measurable standards
- Training/Mentoring Medhub team on lean and six sigma concepts and projects

Duties & Responsibilities
People
- Maintain effectiveness relationships with the end stakeholders (Medical scientific community) with an end objective to develop education and communication content as per requirement
- Work with project manager/stakeholders to establish end-to-end project plan and approach
- Training/Mentoring Medhub team on lean and six sigma concepts and projects
- Keep abreast of operational excellence techniques and facilitate constant skill up-gradation of organization employees
Performance
- Ensure proper governance and execution model for all kinds of improvement plans (Six Sigma, Automation, Fast Track Projects) Demonstrating the impact to internal and external customers as an output of improvement plans
- Ensure improvement programs are identified and executed as per plan.
- Replicate successful project work/ share best practices and serve as a change agent and facilitator for operational excellence
- Monitor project progress by establishing measurable standards
Process
- Identifying opportunities of improvement in operations and quality deliverables.
- Design the operational excellence implementation plan for the organization with Leadership team inputs

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, computer science, operations, management
- 8-10 years of relevant experience transformation, standardization of processes
- Experience in facilitating process improvement events (Kaizen, Workshops, Value Stream Mapping Analysis, etc.)
- Certified Lean Advanced and/or Black Belt is highly preferred
- Proven track record in building a culture and a passion for Continuous Improvement
- Ability to motivate teams and encourage thinking at all levels of the business
- Ability to take a hands-on and pragmatic approach
- Demonstrated experience leading large projects
- Ability to influence and lead the required change
- Strong communication skills and the ability to train team members and senior leaders in lean practices and initiatives
Qualifications
- Master’s degree; or equivalent degree of education and experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills – written and spoken
- 10-12 years relevant work experience with solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma Principles
