Digital Learning Program Manager

Mission Statement:

She/he will apply standard agile project methodology alongside the Digital Learning Lead and/or Learning Specialist to manage Enterprise and Digital programs led by the Digital Learning Institute (DLI). The selected person will coordinate, and document all activities related to the program(s). They will manage interdependencies between work streams (if any) while providing status updates that include program KPIs.

The selected person will support the operationalization of DLI processes with the development of standards for user registrations, surveys, waiting lists, and monthly training reports; design, implement and manage an executive dashboard highlighting upskilling trends, user satisfaction and KPIs while providing ad-hoc analysis to DLI Learning Leads. 

  • Experienced Project Management professional with strong communication and problem-solving techniques (PM and/or Scrum Master Certification a plus)
  • Performs independently while being a good team player
  • Agile with a growth mindset; leads and embraces change and innovation and strives for efficiency and business improvements; is comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Adapts easily and accepts new challenges; Contributes with creative ideas to enhance work processes
  • Experience and ability to build effective working relationship and collaborate with different stakeholders
  • Ability to plan, set priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Experience using Sanofi based tools such as Yammer and Zoom (Knowledge of PUMA a plus)
  • Experience using Sanofi based tools such as PowerBI, QlikSense, Yammer and Zoom
  • Expert in MS Tools (Teams, Forms, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project)

Responsibilities include:

  • Program management of learning activities – workshops & gamification
  • Learning program liaison and evaluation
  • Champion Network liaison & communication for set up and management
  • Communication plan development and infrastructure set up
  • Communication tactics content development and execution
    (Email, Teams, Yammer, Video diaries)
  • Coordinate translation of communication and learning program
  • Support with Vendor management for learning development, deployment and communications
  • Work with DLI Coordinator to manage the centralised mailbox: manage daily inquiries and communicate out standard responses
  • Manage FAQ communication document – monthly review of most common issues/questions and update FAQ. 
  • Work with DLI Coordinator to manage communications on a weekly/bi-weekly basis out to global colleagues:Certificate completion, gamification, post webinar attendance, Zoom and workshop management:, LXP / LMS learning plan design outlined, and governance

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language

  • Experienced Project Management professional with strong communication and problem-solving techniques (PM and/or Scrum Master Certification a plus)
  • Experience using Sanofi based tools such as Yammer and Zoom (Knowledge of PUMA a plus)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Stakeholder management

Qualifications

  • Minimum MBA or equivalent to degree from reputed business school
  • Excellent English language knowledge
  • 10+ years’ experience – Learning / Pharma industry
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
