Main responsibilities:

  • Drive forecasting excellence through implementation of 5 steps Integrated Business planning.
  • Ensure adherence to practices and processes, consolidate results, and review performance.
  • Work closely with Finance and Commercial community to ensure one set of data for demand, forecast in term of volume and value.
  • Drive pre-S&OP process for related categories with markets to review sales performance and projected sales to deliver qualitative forecast, have good realization of risks and impact versus budget or company targets.
  • Be accountable for end of end key metrics: services, forecast accuracy and inventory (including obsolescence) for related categories by Implementing best practice across the region to attain the targeted KPT’s example: MAPE %, Inventory levels and service levels.
  • Implement and run the monthly Zone MBR monthly.
  • Proactively manage risk & Opportunity on product supply with proper communication to key business partners and manage arbitration with key stakeholders (regulatory, finance, commercial, GM…)
  • Prepare the monthly KPI Performance pack for country and regional review.
  • Manage the sample and artwork changes for CHC AMET.

About you:

  • Articulate and possess excellent partnership and communication skills to cascade and motivate and interact at senior management team level.
  • Proven influencing and negotiation skills to influence and drive changes in a regional / global environment.
  • Excellent systematic and organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects.
  • A high level of self-guiding, very self-guiding self-starter.
  • Highly organized process motivated focused on delivering results.
  • The position is both tactical and operational and requires somebody with very good experience or exposure in Supply chain, particularly the S&OP process, change management and financial skills will be advantageous.
  • In depth knowledge of key supply chain processes (forecasting, customer care, distribution, cost, compliance) & current best practice
  • Proven and track history of strong management skills to engage and grow remote teams toward a culture of high performance and association.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all supply contracts comply with relevant Acts, legal demand and ethical standards.
  • Regularly update S&OP and internal procedures to ensure adherence across the organization.

Health, Safety and Environment:

  • Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors and immediately notify any serious incidents.
  • Promote / role model healthy and safe workplace environment and policy in distribution centers, warehouses, distributors, office.

JOB-HOLDER REQUİREMENTS

Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering, logistics or business administration APICS CPIM Certification or PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
  • Ideally 5 years relevant experience in supply chain planning
  • Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry experience– a plus
  • Computer literacy in demand management systems and planning processes
  • Analytics skill required (Qlicksense, Excel,Power BI, SAP, iSHIFT)
  • Fluent in English, French proficiency is a plus.
