Required Qualifications
- University graduate.
- 5 years of experience in related area
- Excellent command of both English& Turkish
Merchandising Service Management
- Leading and coordinating oursourced agency and merchandising team in line with strategic direction of company
- Ensure and participate in recruiting, training, and coaching merchandising team to build capability and motivate high performance with agency
- Creating an environment for merchandising team to work with sales team in a synergic way and ensure high level of collaboration with sales DSM and Sales Manager
- Planning with Trade Marketing & Sales teams and coordinating merchandiser activities with Sales Management team on daily (or as appropriate) basis
- Achieve company objectives (Account Standards) by planning thoroughly, setting merchandising goals, analyzing outcomes, and improving performance of team with agency.
- Conducting regular field visits and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs and give feedback to the agency & supervisor & merch team.
- Identify team/individual skill development opportunities and utilize the appropriate training program(s) for improvement and constant check to identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Identify the low performers, creating PIPs and tracking very closely.
- Ensure excellent implementation of Instore activations and monitor very closely & identify opportunities through field visits.
Portfolio Outsourcing Management
- Out-licensing of non-promo or potential non-promo products in Sanofi Turkey Portfolio. Propose products, identify partners, approach, and attract potential partners, negotiate on behalf of Sanofi and finalize the agreement.
- Collect national/international market intelligence data, conduct strategic competitive analysis
- Local Alliance Management: Track performance and compliance to agreement terms of the local alliances, raise the flag whenever risks are foreseen, take necessary actions to improve the performance.
- In-licensing: In order to fill gaps of Sanofi Portfolio identify in-licensing partners, negotiate on behalf of Sanofi, and finalize the agreement
- There is a specific duty to self-assess risk for the domain of responsibility and highlight risks to the direct manager in a timely manner.
- Leading and coordinating oursourced company and promotion team in line with strategic direction of our company
- Conducting regular field visits and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs and give feedback to outsource company and the team.
- Leading & Monitoring and ensuring that outsource company achieves their targets and commitments compromised on at the beginning of the year
