About the Work:

To contribute to the realization of the regional target by realizing the (individual) targets given to it for licensed products in line with the company's objectives and values.

  • To contribute to the creation of regional sales targets, to ensure their realization
  • To ensure the realization of the sales (IMS), profitability and growth targets of the products for which it is responsible.
  • In line with the determined division and targeting criteria, to make the appropriate number of visits to the appropriate target pharmacies and to ensure that the information reaches the center in a timely manner in line with the regional management system.
  • To promote the food supplements/medical device products in the portfolio to pharmacists in the region.
  • To ensure that the commercial marketing activities of food supplements/medical devices in the portfolio, planned in pharmacies for the region, are implemented in accordance with the plan. To make plans to improve the sales performance of the region, to propose and to ensure their implementation after approval.
  • To ensure the realization of commercial actions / campaigns planned at the pharmacy level and to follow the results.
  • To ensure stock and exit follow-up in pharmacies in the region, to check the data regularly and to inform the Regional Manager about the opportunities and risks that may arise.
  • To monitor and report the general sales activities of the competitor company in the region and to bring warnings and recommendations to increase sales by monitoring sales realizations.
  • To establish and develop effective relationships with key pharmacies with potential in the region.
  • To ensure the effective use of the expense budget, to control the representation expenditures .

Who are we looking for?


  • Graduated from the relevant departments of universities with at least a bachelor's degree.
  • MS Office Programs, IMS programs, ETMS- Special software program usage information.
  • Strong industry knowledge and experience.
  • Strong skills and experience in relationship management with different stakeholders (e.g. healthcare professionals, pharmacies, etc.)
  • Skilled skills and proven experience in superior sales, marketing and dealing techniques.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive product knowledge, medical literacy, medical knowledge, interest and predisposition.
  • Knowledge and proven experience of using multiple and integrated channels.
  • High customer-oriented approach and willingness to go beyond customer needs.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • The ability to take initiative and act proactively.
  • Digital atitude and proven digital usage knowledge and skills.
