We have an opportunity for a Senior Marketer to join our Consumer Marketing team and play a key role in contributing to the strategic direction of a multiple brand portfolio within our OTC (Over the Counter) Category. This is true end to end consumer marketing role and you will have full ownership to drive the strategy and performance for this market leading brand.
Key priorities include:
Lead the annual brand planning process with the objective of delivering improved brand equity, brand share and growth;
Lead effective in-market consumer, shopper and PR activations of campaigns and launches from briefing and development to execution
Lead media strategy and planning across all media channels including digital platforms
Deliver NPD launches and build innovation pipeline using insights and consumer research
Effective and efficient management of the A&P budgets
Build and activate differentiated brand positioning consistently across all consumer touch points
Shared financial and commercial management including setting and tracking achievement against sales & NPD forecasts, brand and product margins and management & optimisation of budgets including advertising & promotion spend;
Manage relationships with creative, media and other external agencies
Key Criteria for this role includes:
7-10 Years of Brand Management experience within OTC/FMCG industry
Degree qualified in marketing or other relevant discipline
Understanding of OTC regulation will be a preference
Understanding of market segmentation, targeting, brand positioning, architecture, media strategy including digital, consumer insights and shopper strategy;
Ability to make sound business recommendations based on financial principles
