iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for: Dupixent Brand Manager - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 01/06/2023

Responsibilities:

• Long-term planning of the indication, making projections of at least 5 years, foreseeing growth in revenue, patients in therapy and identified patients
• Execute Communication strategy: Ensure the correct positioning of the brand by creating support materials and giving guidance to carry out medical education events
• Activate omnichannel strategy: Go-to-market (GTM1) execution with Dupixent’s team
• Ensure the profitability of the brands by analyzing prices and volumes by public institution and private channel, in conjunction with the pricing and access areas
• Follow up of medical & access activities (transversal cooperation with the cross-functional team)
• Align new population strategy to Dupixent’s core strategy (working along with current Brand Managers) and collaborate in Dupixent general projects as Go to market, summits, trainings, etc.
• Development of the Marketing campaign and omnichannel strategy
• Forecasting and financial Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) management (sales, patients, Profit, and loss (P&L))
• Alliances with key stakeholders (Corporate Affairs and Market Access)

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business Management / Marketing / Sales
• Relevant professional experience in healthcare (not necessarily specialty care but experience in pharma business / marketing / sales roles
• Fluency in English and Spanish language
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Ability to handle and simplify complex projects or initiative and to be agile in a matrix organization
• Potential in strategic thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize emergencies with the capability to meet deliverables in time
