To support the development, management and execution of communications activities to support Sanofi’s Vaccines business in the Country.
To work with Vaccines Business Unit, Communication Function on key projects, events and other communications activities to support Sanofi’s overall business objectives, to protect and enhance the company’s image and reputation and to drive employee engagement.
Support/deliver tactics, projects and activities identified in the overall strategic communications plan or as directed by the Head of Communications, leveraging all appropriate channels to maximise impact (earned media, social media, other digital, owned, shared), including content strategies to support communications programming.
Work cross functionally to support Vaccines and other colleagues in delivery and execution of communications plans to enhance the position of core/commercial brands, to shape and secure the potential of products within the portfolio; whilst developing and protecting the interests, and reputation of Sanofi brands and therapy areas in the Country, with a special focus on Flu and Covid-19.
Support Communication Function on strategies and initiatives that will protect and enhance the reputation of Sanofi in Italy, generate awareness of the impact and contributions of Sanofi, and help position the Company as a pharmaceutical leader in the MCO among key internal and external stakeholders including employees, healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, academia and the media.
Support Employee Communication Manager on internal engagement efforts that reinforce the Sanofi Italy vision, mission and priorities, building employees sense of pride, understanding and contribution to the business.

Skills and other info:
University-level degree in relevant discipline.
Experience in healthcare / pharmaceutical / biotech industry.
At least 7 years of communications, public relations/communications agency or corporate experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical sector or others.
Experience and an appreciation of an integrated approach to communications across internal and external audiences.
A high level of initiative, strong work ethic and the ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to work with different management styles and levels; proactive, creative and solutions-oriented mind-set, ability to collaborate and adapt to changing internal dynamics.
A solution-oriented, problem-solving approach to challenges.
Strong strategic, oral and written communication skills with the ability to foster clear information exchanges with various audiences.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office) with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work within a highly scrutinised and challenged team to meet the demands associated with a major pharmaceutical product launch.
