Key responsibilities

The Medical Manager Aubagio, who will report to the MSNI Medical Lead, will enter in the Medical Affairs MSNI team and will be responsible for:

  • Creation of a strong high level scientific communication;
  • Production of scientific data and the relative distribution of this information during national and international events, in accordance with the policies of the BU and of Global Medical Affairs;
  • Lead medical scientific projects to meet local needs;
  • Contribute to the definition of product strategies in collaboration with the HQ Marketing Team, in order to identify the unmet medical needs and to guarantee the centrality of the patient;
  • Develop and maintain a strong network with KOLs through the sharing of scientific information and the collection of inputs coming from the scientific community;
  • Participate in meetings and national and international scientific conventions in order to collect research proposals, aligned with product strategies of medical specialists;
  • Manage Advisory Boards in order to identify the scientific goals, define contents and guide the dialogue with the chosen consultants;
  • Certify the scientific training of CSAs on their field's medicines and their relative pathology;
  • Collect impactful insights and finds opportunities to innovate and digitalize
  • Provide the scientific support to Marketing, Field Force and all other company functions (including PV, Quality, MAx, PA, Legal, Communication);
  • Contribute and assure the compliance of BU's activities with the procedures and conduct codes of the company.

About You

  • Leadership and strong high level scientific communication;
  • Fast execution and efficiency;
  • Ability to adapt flexibly, to provide scientific insights proactively and to share materials among the different company functions;
  • Ability to work in team and to work transversely;
  • Lead change and strive for results;
  • Ability to build strong and influencing interpersonal relations.

Essential requirements

  • Degree in Medicine and Surgery/ other Scientific Degree;
  • Previous experience in Medical Affairs (at least 5-7 years);
  • Previous experience in Multiple Sclerosis - Neurology area appreciated;
  • Good knowledge of the English language (writing and speaking).
